01
THE COMPANY

Not founded in a hackathon. Not pivoted from a calendar app. Built around a thesis — and the four papers underneath it.

Timer · ABOUT · v0.1

We didn’t build a tool.
We built a layer.

Every business runs on 10–30 disconnected tools. We watched this in our own work. Every meeting got transcribed in one system, every CRM update happened in another, every contract lived in a third — and the AI we tried to bolt onto any one of them was blind to the others.

Timer is the answer we wanted to exist. One shared memory beneath every business function. One AI — Pilot — that can read and write across all of it. Continuous across time, not session-bound.

We call the architecture The Human Layer. It is defined across four published papers: the economic case, the formal specification, the audit methodology, and the capital-markets thesis. Timer is the first commercial product built on it.

The difference isn’t features. It’s memory.

THE TEAM

The Human Layer framework wasn’t written for marketing. It was written first. The product followed.

not assembled.

THE COHORT

We are intentionally small. We’re building with founding partners, not scaling toward growth metrics.

Invite-only.
Slow on purpose.

Founding-cohort organizations get priority pricing, a direct line to the team, and operational input on Pilot’s roadmap. Every request is reviewed personally. We reply within 48 hours.
