Understanding the Pipeline

Your pipeline represents the journey a lead takes from first contact to closed deal. Timer comes with default stages, but you can customize them in Settings.

  1. 1

    New

Fresh leads that haven't been contacted yet. This is where all incoming leads start.

  2. 2

    Contacted

Leads you've reached out to. Track your initial outreach efforts.

  3. 3

    Qualified

Leads that have been vetted and show genuine interest. Focus your energy here.

  4. 4

    Proposal

You've sent a proposal or quote. These leads are close to converting.

  5. 5

    Won / Lost

Final outcomes. Track your wins and learn from the ones that didn't convert.

Lead Scoring

Timer automatically calculates a priority score for each lead based on their engagement and behavior. Higher scores indicate hotter leads that deserve immediate attention.

Hot Lead

High engagement, recent activity, ready to buy. Contact immediately!

Warm Lead

Moderate interest, needs nurturing. Follow up within a few days.

Cold Lead

Low engagement or old lead. May need reactivation campaign.

Scoring Factors

Scores are influenced by: booking frequency, email opens, meeting attendance, recency of activity, and estimated deal value.
